 The Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) has been designed by the American Academy of Pediatrics and American Heart Association to teach an evidence-based approach to resuscitation of the newborn.

The course is designed for health care professionals involved in any aspect of neonatal resuscitation, including physicians, nurses, midwife​s, respiratory care practitioners, and other health care professionals who provide direct care during neonatal resuscitation

Course Content:

  • The Neonatal Resuscitation Program® (NRP®) course conveys an evidence-based approach to care of the new born at birth and facilitates effective team-based care for healthcare professionals who care for new borns at the time of delivery. NRP utilizes a blended learning approach, which includes online  testing,onlinecase-based simulations, and hands-on case-based simulation/debriefing that focus on critical leadership, communication ,andteam-work skills.
